Mark is working in Washington Heights, Inwood, West Harlem, the Upper West Side, and Riverdale to tackle critical issues like affordable housing, education, mass transit, and reform of local governement.

For the past decade and a half Mark has been a leader and an activist in our communities— a former public school teacher, founder of successful community development credit union, and executive director of a city-wide after-school initiative.
